"Horum omnium fortisimi sunt Belgae". Ambiorix is a special beer that is brewed as an ode to the bravest of all Belgians/Gallians, "Ambiorix". Slaghmuylder Brewery has been brewing Ambiorix since 1985. It is a firm brown beer of top fermentation with refermentation in the bottle.
